Lost Packages
In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is 100% correct, even 1 missing letter/number can cause delivery failure. If the address is correct, please make sure to contact the local post office. In our experience, we occasionally see that upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient must collect the package from there. After both measures have been completed, please reach out to our support team and we will investigate on our end and issue a replacement if we determine that there was no error on your part.
Refund Policy
Refunds
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or colour, Starshop.space is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible of capturing the right information from your customers.
However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge or a sales credit, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such.
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
The Sales Credit is arranged, in case we are crediting original order, not a replacement order, per our Terms and Conditions. Sales Credit can be used only towards new order fulfillment and cannot be withdrawn.
Please feel free to contact our Merchant Support Team with all the necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation and email it to starshop@starshop.space and we will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you, depending on if the replacement or credit is eligible or not.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item ( at your cost) from the date you received it.
You will need to provide the following for us to investigate:
Order ID
SKU number of the affected product
Pictures of the defect clearly visible
Your comments
We do not issue replacements for:
Lost orders with the incorrect delivery address provided by your customer
Products that were received as requested, however you wish to have another size/colour instead
Garments being shorter/longer than in the sizing chart if they correspond to set tolerance
Low-quality prints caused by a low-quality print file

Low-Quality Prints
All new orders being purchased for the first time go through our Quality Check process to ensure that the design meets the criteria to be printed correctly. If however, there is a visible under base or the print is peeling off, that is not an issue with the design but with the print. Those kinds of errors qualify for replacements.
If you determine that your product needs to be replaced, please submit all information to our support team using the starshop@starshop.space email address. The information will go directly to our team and we will begin looking into the issue and respond back promptly with next steps.
